These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the qqclubs platform. By registering an account or accessing any qqclubs service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the provisions set out in this document.

qqclubs is strictly available to adults aged 21 years and above. Account registration requires identity verification. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one active qqclubs account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be voided. Account sharing, transfer, or sale to third parties is strictly prohibited under these Terms.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). qqclubs does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification and are subject to standard processing times outlined in Section 6.
All bonuses offered by qqclubs are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable turnover requirement is met. Full bonus terms are published alongside each individual promotion.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, arbitrage abuse, and bonus abuse are strictly prohibited. qqclubs reserves the right to void bets, close accounts, and withhold funds where such conduct is detected.
qqclubs provides deposit limits, session timers, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools to all members. Use of these tools is encouraged. Players in distress are urged to utilise self-exclusion before continuing to wager.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing or using any part of the qqclubs platform — including browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the qqclubs platform and must not register or maintain an account.
2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and qqclubs with respect to your use of the platform, superseding any prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter hereof.
2.4 qqclubs reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised agreement. Members are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.
3.1 Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered qqclubs account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. qqclubs reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void all associated balances and pending wagers.
3.3 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false registration information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 qqclubs may require Members to complete KYC verification at any stage. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification may result in suspension of account functionality, including withdrawal capabilities, until verification is completed.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qqclubs account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share these with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 You are fully responsible and liable for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised such activity. qqclubs shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
4.3 You must notify qqclubs support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach related to your credentials.
4.4 qqclubs strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure. This feature is available in all member account settings.
4.5 qqclubs staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from qqclubs requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
5.1 All deposits to qqclubs accounts are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). qqclubs does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion charges.
5.2 Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking. Supported methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
5.3 qqclubs does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges; qqclubs has no control over and no liability for such charges.
5.4 You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
5.5 Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published in the Member account cashier section and may be updated at qqclubs' discretion.
6.1 Withdrawals are available to verified Members only. Account verification requires submission of satisfactory KYC documentation, including government-issued identity verification and proof of payment method ownership.
6.2 Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes for standard amounts following request approval. Requests exceeding RM 10,000 may be subject to additional verification and may take up to 24 hours to process.
6.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. qqclubs reserves the right to require withdrawal to an alternative verified method if the original deposit method cannot receive funds.
6.4 Bonus funds and winnings generated solely from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the relevant turnover conditions will result in forfeiture of bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
6.5 qqclubs does not charge withdrawal fees. Members are responsible for any fees charged by their receiving financial institution.
7.1 All qqclubs bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.
7.2 Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, per household, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. qqclubs reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
7.3 Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
7.4 qqclubs reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where it reasonably believes that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation, or any conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.
7.5 Free spin awards are credited at the denomination specified in the relevant promotion terms. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and subject to applicable wagering requirements unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
8.1 All wagers placed on qqclubs are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game category — Sportsbook, live casino, slots, and esports wagering each maintain their own product-specific rules, accessible within the relevant game or betting interface.
8.2 Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the qqclubs platform, it may not be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Member, except where qqclubs explicitly provides a cash-out or in-play editing facility for a specific market.
8.3 In the event of manifest error — including pricing errors, incorrect odds, technical malfunction, or data feed failure — qqclubs reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to Member accounts. Such decisions are final.
8.4 Maximum payout limits apply to individual wagers and accumulator bets. Current maximum payout limits are published within the Sportsbook section and may be updated periodically.
8.5 qqclubs does not accept wagers from Members who it reasonably suspects to be in possession of insider information, non-public information, or information that may confer an unfair advantage.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqclubs platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
9.2 qqclubs employs fraud detection, pattern analysis, and risk management systems. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, qqclubs reserves the right to immediately suspend account access, void pending and settled wagers, withhold balances pending investigation, and permanently close the account.
10.1 qqclubs is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible by all Members from their account settings at any time:
10.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion period is active, the Member will not be able to access the platform, open new accounts, or receive promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion. qqclubs will not knowingly reinstate access during an active exclusion period.

10.4 qqclubs does not accept any liability for losses incurred by Members who have failed to utilise available responsible gaming tools, provided those tools were functioning and accessible at the relevant time.
11.1 All content on the qqclubs platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and game assets — is the intellectual property of qqclubs or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
11.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used in any commercial context without prior written authorisation from qqclubs.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qqclubs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
12.2 qqclubs does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical outages, or third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect platform access. qqclubs is not liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions.
12.3 qqclubs' total aggregate liability to any Member, arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
13.1 qqclubs reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that the Member has breached these Terms or where continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity or security of the platform.
13.2 Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after satisfaction of outstanding wagering obligations will be returned to the Member via a verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to any applicable fraud investigation or legal hold.
13.3 Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting qqclubs support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
14.1 qqclubs may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or in-platform notification prior to the effective date of the revised Terms.
14.2 Your continued use of the qqclubs platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amendments. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which qqclubs is registered and licensed to operate, as determined by applicable international gaming authority frameworks.
15.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the qqclubs platform shall first be submitted to qqclubs Customer Support for internal resolution. qqclubs will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint.
15.3 Where internal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated through the applicable dispute resolution mechanisms provided under the relevant international gaming authority licensing framework under which qqclubs operates.
